Now four new EU laws land on the same product before the end of next year: cybersecurity, radio, data, machinery. Each wants its own design file. Big firms have compliance departments for this. Most electronics companies are fifty engineers with nobody whose job it is. We’re the software that does it — describe your product once, we produce every file and declaration the law asks for, and keep the evidence for the ten years someone might come back and demand to see it.

A free speeds-and-feeds calculator for hobby and prosumer CNC routers that models the machine, not just the cutter. Across 34 machines, 32 spindles, 21 materials and 47 named cutters, it evaluates eight physical constraints — spindle power, RPM floor and ceiling, drive force, frame and tool deflection, feed rate, removal rate, positional accuracy — then names the one actually limiting your cut and gives advice specific to how that architecture fails, because belt stretch on a Shapeoko and running out of watts on an AltMill need opposite fixes. It also generates a test-grid G-code program so the machine demonstrates its own real limit rather than having one calculated for it. Every record carries its provenance, contradictory supplier figures are kept separate rather than averaged, and derived values are labelled as estimates.
